Heavy Latin Groove/ GringoFuego

Hey Folks!

 My name is Paul and I'm new here.  Here is a great example of why I like collaborating with other musicians.  I recorded the original riff up here in Massachusetts on a Tascam DP-004, using a BOSS DR-550 for the drum loop and a ZOOM 505 for a preamp. Here's my results:

Nice post - really like the fusion of styles, it works really well.
I'd probably use a tad less reverb on the lead sound in the mix, it can loose definition in the overall sound - but that's just me and merely a suggestion, and it may be the effect that you were after :-) But really well done and welcome to the site!

I agree with Bruno  , those guitars need to come forward in the mix , that said , i just love the Latin groove , its a fantastic listen all round , excellent
