Ok Let me try this again.

Your song doesn't sound old. I mixed up the info from 2 posts that I read and commented accordingly.

I must have commented on one of Franks songs, were he mentioned this as one of his earlier recording or something like that and he has a new set up and anticipated his new songs sounding better.   sometime later I must have listened to this song and read that Frank had something to do with it and MISTAKENLY, as I started to comment, I thought wouldn't it be cool if Frank ran one of his earlier recording through his new set up. The mistake being, I got the info of both your post mixed up as I started to comment.

As for expectations, I don't know either of you or your work well enough to expect anything and if you knew me you'd know that I never make comments on technical things like mastering or whether something sounds dated. Mainly because I know little about one and couldn't care less about the other.

My comments here were more of a " hey run it through your new set up and see what you get" not "Hey you gotta remaster this song because it sounds old".

When I push play on a post, my only expectations is to be entertained.

i knew what you meant nelson. all i was saying was i don;t have the master tracks so i couldn't re-do drums and post it back up, cause this is chris's song.
also it was an early recording for me, cause i just restarted my music playing a few yrs ago. when i did this with chris i do not think i even recorded a song yet, and now here i am doing just that. i was just practicing drums and doing tracks for ones chris passed on to me. i wasn;t even in songcrafters yet. i joined here late oct. last yr.
