I know, I know ... it IS the StonesFest now, but I just can't help myself ;D ;D ;D hope I'll be forgiven for posting yet another Beatles cover.

This one was (like the last song I posted ) recorded at my cabin together with my brother. I features both my new mandolin and my brother's new Roland drum kit.

I do John's vocal parts and my brother does Paul's. My brother's on the drums and the I'm on the mando, guitar and bass.

Are you kidding? I can't get enough of your awesome Beatles covers. Keep 'em coming!

As you know, we're no longer adding songs to previous festivals. However, the admin team talked about making an exception for sequels to previous festivals. So, if we ever have BeatlesFest II, I'll add all of the Beatles songs posted between the first BeatlesFest and the second, including this brilliant song. In the unlikely event that I miss it, don't hesitate to remind me.

Also, this happens to be one of the songs that we were missing from the first BeatlesFest, so the Help! album is now one song closer to completion (6 songs left to do from a total of 14 songs on that album).

Oh yes... this is awesome fellas. I'm a fan of Roland drum sounds... I have an old TD-7 module with the old rubber pads... but had to stop playin them!!! I may end up getting the mesh heads one day... I'm sure Jarle loves them... it's an awesome kit... He sounds real good on it too. Geir you always kick ass... good to hear you again... Hope you find time to throw some more stuff our way... Cheers

One of my favorites from Help, and you fellas did a terrific cover!

I'll have to take a look at what's been already covered here at Songcrafters. I've really come to appreciate Help more than I may have in the past. I think it was one of their "breakthrough" albums, where they began to leave the earlier sound and themes behind and led them to their next (and my favorite) phase. :)
