Long long time since my last post. My guitars have collected dust for a while, but now I'm enjoying a 3 weeks holiday and found time and inspiration for some "studio" work. Sorry for posting another Beatles cover... but that's something I can do without much preparation. Hope you like it  :)

This was just what I needed today, Sundbo! (I've been a little stressed with work lately :) )

Very well arranged (from guitars and harpsichord, right down to that Ringo tapping, which has always been one of my favorite parts of this song), and terrific vox and harmonies. You even hit those last high notes...excellent!

Oh well ........

An enviable job on a precious favorite. I'm guessing that you used the George Martin 'wind up piano' technique with the harpsichord break... slowing down the rest of the song to while you tracked the harpsichord part at a slower speed?  The tone on the guitar is incredible too. Just fantastic. Walking in the footsteps of the masters!

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

You're right Hooper, the harpsichord was recorded at a 30% slower speed. But using a midi keyboard this can be done separately (along with a click track) without changing the pitch. No way I could have done it in full tempo! And to be honest, I also played left and right hand on two different tracks  ;)

Thanks all for your feedback!
