Adobe Audition CS6 - latest version

I recently installed Audition CS6 and after running it for several days I must say that I'm impressed with its feel,
GUI and the many new features added, as well as major improvements on previous options.

And, the Big One, try as I might I could not get it to freeze or totally crash the computer.
I think Adobe has finally gotten it right.

Worth going to Adobe's site and checking out the new features. Too much to mention here.

Yeah, but $349 US ? ? ?  I could buy a brand new BR-80 for that and still have $50 left over for a mic or something. I realize that the software is more powerful, but I'd rather have the convenience of a standalone recorder. And the BR-80 includes SONAR X1 LE, so you get the best of both worlds, and $50 left over.

Yes, Audition is expensive but when I consider that I already have over $5,000.00 invested in musical instruments and electronics, $349.00 is a drop in the bucket. Bring on the toys!
