Four tracks, used my Strat and OLP bass. Kept the drum patterns pretty simple, intro / main beat / switched up about mid-way / break -ending.

I didn't stretch out much with the bass as I am not a bass player, so don't laugh too loud.

Let me know what you think, good bad and ugly.

Cheers

Magnificent! This is proper 70's funk, and sounds like something from a film / TV soundtrack from that era. In fact, it made me think that I was 10 years old again and watching Starsky and Hutch on a Saturday night  :D

You really know how to get a groove on. And your timing is really tight too.

Thanks!

I normally perform Roadhouse Blues type music, but have decided to stretch out as of late.

I am a child of the 70s (b.1967) and apparently didn't escape Curtis Mayfield and the like.

Several other folk have likened it to a 70s Funk groove.

niiiiiice. I'm having a flashback to when I stumbled across some of my old mans porn.
Why don't we do it on the road?

Thanks a lot fellows.
This is the first stuff I've posted here, was a bit nervous.

I really like the MBR, it's a pretty amazing recorder and folks are floored when I show them what I recorded my songs with!

Not as user friendly as I had hoped though. Seems like I constantly have to refer to the manual.

Topsail....

Real good stuff, not my style but immensely cool.

I've had my MBR for a few weeks, and I'm finally getting to the no manual point. This thing just does so much SO well for the money. Can't even fault them for the fairly steep learning curve.

Keep em coming!

Very good indeed, my hair turned into an Afro while listening to it  :) Nice playing and nice recoring on the BR. Great start!

Cheers,
