I developed an incessant beat of 165 bpm and some glitchy sounds to provide breaks between vocals.  It worked with one exception, the train whistle is out of place in a boat saga and the lyrics were all about boats and fishing.  I tried writing a train set of lyrics to  change out the lyrics on fishing but it was too late, I'd already burned the connection into my thinking, so I left it.  The train wwhistle is from "pig sounds" and is actually a soccer referee's whistle recorded at double-the-speed and played back at normal speed.  Vic
