Did this one with Hook - difficult to mix, and used up all my tracks on the BR - first for me!
Thanks to all who contributed to Hook's Lyric-fest, very cool!

Hook is the man - he consistently knocks it out of the park - he is the Hook-meister :-) Thank you as always Hook.

Very odd track, as it is all played on the guitar (midi) but doesn't feature a guitar sound! Another first for me!

Should be a festival submission - as sooo many people contributed to the lyrics  ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for the comments guys and gals. I'm finding midi guitar both interesting and fascinating. Technology wise, its quite fragile, but capable of producing amazing results. My keys playing is rather clunky- so this technology opens up a whole new world to me. However, it is fragile and imperfect - that is part of the charm. I'm blown away by how well you can control wind and brass instruments, the sound is pretty stunning. I've got a Roland Piano (well that's Mrs B's) - tried hooking up with midi - and it kinda worked, but kept missing notes, were as it worked like a dream with the Mac (Garageband sounds). Still lots to learn with this technology, but hey - early days :-)

ORH - I have no idea what Shaddy Bo is :-) I am thinking of doing a song with just Shaddy Bo as the lyric though  ;D ;D ;D

The GR-20 is older technology now - saw the unit in Nevada for £150, so couldn't resist. However by the time I bought a power supply (display unit, had not power supply!!!) and split pickup and roland 'special' cable - cost me £300. Dooh!

Thank you Mrs F. Half expecting to see you at Ron and Debbie's wedding yesterday - although, thinking about it Ron used to run the open mike before Paul, so before you starting coming to OM's. There was a tent set aside for acoustic guitars - spent the evening jamming - although playing in the dark is very tough (there were no lights).
