Hey guys, does the BR devices have a metronome built in? The eBand does.
I set the tempo I want and record a click track. I make it longer than the song will be and use the first one or two measures for the lead-in time.

I also have an app called Tempo on my iPod. It can handle compound meters along with the standard stuff.
Produces timing clicks and a visual flash on each beat. Easy to plug it into the eBand and record its output.

It does, but replaces the drum machine on the BR1600 - however my old Zoom has a count in function, so when you pressed record - it does a bleep-bleep-bleep-bleep count in, and then starts to record with the drum machine etc. This is real simple to implement, and really, really useful. I miss that on the BR as you always have to cut the start or leave it as the drum start (which I personally hate when its a drum machine).

That would be Luke, noisy little bugger he is!
Rhythm using bridge humbucker, and the solo is the neck pickup. All EMG's. Its a great guitar, Steve Lukather signature model - hence the name Luke.

Re: Steve Lukather

A smooth, fluent guitarist. One of the best solos I've ever heard was Steve backing up Lionel Richie when
he recorded Running With The Night. Worth a listen.

Indeed, one of my favourites - wouldn't normally buy a signature guitar, but great reviews, right time, right price - awesome neck and plays like a b'stard. Got ticks to see Steve in London next year (assuming the Mayans are wrong) :-)

Great little instrumental, playing with one of the greats of drumming - Simon Phillips!
