This songs a bit different from the rest and I probably like this because the guitar lead at the end is clean and clear.
I dont use a plectrum or finger pics so sometimes it gives a mellower sound,I am 1st and foremost a guitar player and use keyboards to fill the sounds but Im not in anyway a technical guitar muso ,it just comes straight from my head to the fingers.
songs to me are like jigsaws,My head just puts the pieces together. :)

I was liking it anyway, and then that chorus came in - woof! it's almost perfect, what a brilliant chorus. Like Neil says, wonderful melody.

Love the dual vocal affect. And the "whoo"s over the guitar solo, excellent touch.

And the chorus is so strong that the quick "low-key" reprise after the fade has started is enough to get the listener singing with it firmly stuck in their head.... even though the track's actually finished!

Classy, a fine piece :)

Yes this is really good Kenny. It does remind me of older Springsteen a bit. It`s catchy as hell
and your singing is really good. Harmonies sound spot on and i love the lead guitar of course.
I can see you playing this in the bars down the road from me. People would love it! Great work!

This sends me back to the 1980. What is my mission, sir? Prevent the election of Ronald Reagan? Of course. I should have known. We must save the future. But first, if I may ask for an indulgence. I was in a band. With a little foresight, we might have done something. Can I go talk to my younger self? Since we're meddling with the timeline and all. No? Yes sir, I understand. I know you sent me my orders in 2012, and it took me 10 years for me to finally receive them. I should have spent more time on Songcrafters.org. Yes sir, the mission comes first. Where do I find this John Anderson?

But seriously: It's such smooth song. If you pay close attention, it rewards you with many subtle and tasteful surprises. But the vocal steals the show. I love this style of guitar soloing. Since I play bass, I've often thought I should learn to play guitar solos with my fingertips - like Mark Knopfler. But when I try, I just can't. So hats off to you!

Very cool song!  Defo a different style then I heard from KM before.  It chugs along quite well, I could call it an east coast vibe, because that is what I hear.  Very nice lead for sure.  That fits right nice with those vocals.  Plus it goes for a while which I really like long solos.
oh yeah, a tad toward Knopfler!
