I am having a problem with the BR-800 driver

Hi.  I have two machines, each running windows 7.  When I try to install the driver from the cd included with my boss br-800 (or the downloaded version which seems to be the same), I get the message "A problem may have occured".  I have tried this both with and without the br-800 being connected.

This comes shortly after I upgraded the firmware to 1.10.

Now I can do a few things I used to with the device but cannot connect it directly to a computer.

Any suggestions?  I have two songs I'm itching to record but this is holding me back from that.

Did you follow the detailed instructions found in the file "Readme.htm" that's included with the driver download? They describe how to install, reinstall, and uninstall the drivers.
