magic, like flash i had worries about this one you carried it off well, back in the day i used to sing this, about an octave higher, these days i wear looser fitting jeans, so don't think i could reach those notes now. bravo.

Thanks for the comments all. I have been hearing the Melodica on a number of new folk bands that I have been listening to recently and they do seem to have a place in the right tune.

I think I just got away with it on this track, lots of delay to soften the sound but it came out ok.

As for the rest, EVERYTHING was done through the BR800, drums mixing the lot. The difference is I mixed through monitor speakers in the shed to get the bass right. Normally have mixed through headphones.

I think the mix on this is about the best I have manged yet, so feel like I am getting somewhere.

EDIT: You'll have noticed I also can't do the high notes so had to alter the vox a bit to suit my limited pipes!! :P
