I think this is one of my favourite JK songs and that is part of the reason it took me so long to get my additions done as I didn't want to ruin it. Oh well 

Regarding the mixing; the amazing thing with JK is that there's usually not one person responsible for the mix (there are a few exceptions) we just add to what the others have sent us. This time I think Mike got Tim's and Jim's tracks separately so he did most of the mixing adding his bass, guitar and keys. I added to this mix my tracks and used "P2 PRE MAST" on the BR80 as mastering effect, but kept all levels quite low so that it wouldn't be overly compressed and loose the dynamics.

I guess that us all doing a bit of mixing may explain the "everything louder than everything else"

Im interested in what the lead guitar is being put through and what the effect is as its fantastic.

Thanx to 64G's good advice I now remember the settings I used my Ibanez UV777 plugged directly into my MicroBR80. I modified the "P63 R-FIER LEAD" patch to use PANning delay instead of SINGLE. That's all ! The BR80 patches are really good !
