Music sharing for home (non-pro) artists

Someone pointed me to a service that allowed home artists to upload their personal music creations and then share them with others.
All for free, no commercial activity, no ads, banners, popups, sales, etc.

Call me an idiot, but I did not bookmark it. Rawwwk your and idiot....

Closest I can find is hulkshare http://www.hulkshare.com/ but it doesn't look like the right site and the TOS is long.

Any recommendations? Or does someone know what site I was trying to think of?
