Excellent version. Made me search out the Angus and Julia Stone version - never heard of them - I quite like that as well. I like how you've re-interpreted it from there. I suspect, with how you've used your voice on other tracks, that you could easily have imitated her vocal, but I see exactly what you mean by doing your own thing - copying hers wouldn't have felt like enough. Btw, I especially liked the changes you've put into the chord sequences.

And I couldn't believe it, Cuthbert, when you said you didn't know the song!!! Surely you remember the hit Arthur Mullard and Hylda Baker had with it?

Oh thanks Andy - yeah I did switch the chords around and could have probably done a real close version to theirs (minus the man of course!) but I'm trying to take covers at the moment and sing them as if I'd written them (changing bits along the way - chords and words). It's quite interesting how songs turn out and saves me the bother of slaving over someone else's version!!!!!

I did think of posting the Hylda Baker version and pretending it was me at one point (she's better looking than me though!)
