Suggestion:

• Load your song into Audacity (preferably, the original WAV file; not the MP3).
• From the Effect menu, select "Change Tempo...".
• In the last line of the Change Tempo dialog, set the "to" field of "Length (seconds)" to 119.0 as shown below and click OK.
• From the File menu, select Export and set the file type to "MP3 Files". Click the Options button to select a bit rate (320 kbps usually works for songs under two minutes).

That's it. Your song is now 1:59. You can update your post with the new file and I'll add it to the Under2Fest.
