Hi all, poured all day so I spent time in the studio (spare bedroom). I bumped into an old friend during the week and after 27 years is getting divorced much to my surprise and I think to his as well. I hope I've captured some of his confusion as to the state things had deteriorated into without him noticing................Willie

Willie, how do you knock out a knock-out song so quickly?!?  With great production to boot - strings were a real nice touch.  Amazing.  I can feel your friend's heartache in your voice. 

I suspect your friend is fortunate to run into you at this point in his life.  That's real hard page he has to turn.  I hope your song helps him get there.  I imagine he is both deeply touched and emotionally destroyed when he hears it.  Strong medicine for a real tough transition.   Geo
