I thought the same thing when I heard that. Pretty stupid, isn't it? All music is a copy of some other music to some degree. Plagiarism cases like this one are ridiculous. Another stupid one was George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord" versus The Chiffons' "He's So Fine". You can find similarities if you really try, but they're not obvious and not very exact. Two completely different songs in my opinion. Yet some dopey judge decided that George Harrison subconsciously plagiarised "He's So Fine". Ridiculous!
