2 fests in one ?
This is a cover of a New Age song by Denean from the album Fire Prayer.
It is also 2 minutes long  

The prompting for it was I found a genuine (fake) native hand drum in a new age shop.
I could tell it was genuine by the metal rim used for the body and the glued on hide (looks like goat) with fake sowing on the sides supposedly holding it together.
Looks nice anyway.

For the beat,  the hand drum
The rattle sound, provided by a mason jar full of beans
These two were looped in a boss rc-20 (I am too lazy to keep that shaking and a banging up for long)

Recorded on the Boss br-800 with the vocal processor effects multiplying and boosting the pitch.
Diddled with and mastered in Audacity 2.0

While you were there, you could have used the Change Tempo effect to make it 1:59 without any noticeable change in the sound. It's easy to use and works well, especially for such small changes.

Thanks, finding all kinds of effects in the br-800 I never expected, like the set of vocal processor effects.
Taken to staring at the goat, but so far it has not fallen over.

Yes, I though of that right after the post uploaded, could have easily clipped a 1/2 second off the front and back as well.
