This is an instrumental I wrote back in 1988 when I first got my National back after being restored.  Not blues, not even very much slide, but it's there.  Even tho I'd been messing w slide for 5 years I was still transitioning out of folk/classical [faux classical] to blues and slide.  LOTS of arpeggios....   Anyway I'd lost track of this song in my head, but stumbled across it the other day and now it's back and decent enough to record.  I'm finally getting a handle on recording the National....  Hope you like it.  Happy Easter!   DD

What a lovely listen. Is the "Sky" a reference to Duane Allman?  This reminded me a tad of "Little Martha."  I may be projecting, though, as I visited the Allman Brothers museum earlier today.

Great listen.

Fantastic sound from the 1930 National. Your playing is top shelf also. I'm glad you re-found this so you could share it with us...thanks!
