Love the Chet & Les video. But I couldn't help noticing at about 38 seconds into it that the backup band has at least four guitar players! Why??? Okay, maybe one was a bass player. But still - sheesh!

64G, As a technologist, you should appreciate the principle of redundancy.  In a band backing Chet Atkins and Les Paul, it must have been very likely that at least one of the accompanying guitarists' heads would explode.  Another might crap his pants, or just throw down his guitar and begin supplicating, "I am not worthy!" You need to plan for these things and make sure at least one backup guitarist can survive and carry on.
