The great Gallagher & Lyle. This song ('Breakway' from 1976) is so good it almost makes me weep.

my friend billy campbell has been playing guitar for benny gallagher for a while now and i believe there is a reunion tour upcoming for gallagher and lyle. billy was in a band in the 70s called greenmantle they have recently finished recording a new cd, cost him a bundle to get it mastered at abbey road. when it comes out i will be listening to that. http://uk.myspace.com/greenmantletheband and some pics of him with benny http://bairdstravel.com/GREENMANTLE.aspx

Cool! That must be a bit of a thrill playing with Benny. Would love to see that reunion tour. I was thinking about doing a cover of 'Heart on my Sleeve' (another favourite).

'Tis an absolute belter! It sounds like The Beatles gone folk. I liked this one since I was a kid. Makes me want to get my mandolin out, lol.
