Some rough edges, but I like how John (Lurker) nailed the second half of the bridge.

Peace.

Great cover Bloopy! I've always loved Seals and Crofts songs and you've both done a bang up job on Summer Breeze. It's not an easy song to play or sing and make it sound smooth in the process......you've both nailed your parts with excellence......I would dig seeing your live show....killer bridge!

This is wonderful, such a quality performance of a top tune.

Did you record this live as a duo, or were the guitar and vocals recorded seperately?

Which ever way you recorded it, it sounds stunning!

We always record together.  Actually, recording separately would be an option for those times that Blooby gets especially annoying.  I'm sure he's thought the same thing a few, nay, several times.

Thanks for the nice comments.  We're just trying to have fun and make music.  Sometimes we're just trying.

Marvellous. The whole thing is fab.
You should play cool bars and eateries.... oh you do.... that's OK then

Untrue! Unture!  They keep imploding after we hand them our CD's.  See below...

Quote from: Blooby on March 02, 2012, 05:40:34 AMI am convinced that our CD's have similar properties to the videotape in the movie The Ring.  The first place we gave a disc to abruptly closed, and the second one (where our gig was scheduled for [last] Thursday) caught fire...  FYI, everybody got out safely, and they will eventually reopen.

*Update: The place where we were doing our open mic nights is now closing as of Saturday.

p.s.-John has horrific B.O.  I always felt self-conscious telling him in person.  Really, this is the entire reason I wished he would join Songcrafters. It smells a bit like the ripe end of a hunk of Limburger. Never bothered to ask for an explanation as I was afraid of getting an answer. Otherwise, he's quite a good chap.
