You can call it meantone 17 is some pure indulgence after I installed some locking tuners on my 17 edo guitar and put on the whammy bar. Drum loops and everything else is my 17 edo guitar – the bass is octave-divided down. It is not especially microtonal sounding. But.... I assure you that the semitones are smaller than 12.

Meantone refers to a tuning method - not the guitar tone.
