Nothing wrong with that in my book.
My latest cover posting was started & completed on Saturday morning. 

However I will say, that it's nowhere near a polished as this.
And if you have found a Kate Bush/Placebo common ground, then I for one shout Hoorah!!

This is really good. Really, really love the space this song has. And that vocal effect is to die for.
What is it? ... (hopes that it's something achievable by a mere mortal).

Had to have 3 listens in row. Fantastic arrangement of one of my fave Kate Bush songs. Love the piano line and synth fills and great vocals. So different from the original yet it works so well. Very atmospheric and haunting.

This is top notch Andy right from the off , never thought for one minute it would be bad , but didn't think it was going to be as awesome as this , as SDS mentioned , the vocal is stunning , and yes it does sound very polished indeed , be very careful mind , you will have Greeny after you , he lusts after Kate Bush

really a tough one to take on, but you have succeded in every way. Just excellent !

......as do I (lusts after her that is).........I damn near wore this one out when it came out, infact I did wear out a cassette, stretched it till it warbled like a Sunday School preacher on a Saturday night.  Your understated vocal is to go into business for, what a choice there.  How did you make a choice like that, I am curious, how did you decide to sing it like this, because this vocal is right on the money, but it is not the obvious choice.  Are you some kind of mad musical genius?  I guess you are.  Same with the piano, sweet, simple and exactly perfect.  I guess it all comes down to the fact that you are a freaking musical genius, and this is a little taste of your powers.  Use the power for good Andy, only use it for good, its that strong.  Seriously good cover, I am blown away.  I was almost afraid to listen, how in the hell can anybody cover Kate Bush and not make it sound like child's play..........well you did it man, you really did it.  I am glad I clicked.

Andy this is stunning.

I get the placebo in your vocal but I was also thinking Depeche Mode with the overall sound.

Love the beat, sort of moves along like a fast heart beat.
