My last few post have been rather chill so I wanted to do something with a little energy. I've played this solo since the 90's but I wanted to take it somewhere new, at least for me. REM was a pretty big band for me in the late 80's early 90's, "Murmur" and "Fables Of The Reconstruction" are still brilliant in my opinion.  I had some fun with this one, I wanted it to sound like I had a blue grass band live in the studio and this is what I got.
8 tracks;1- guitar,mandolin, banjo & bass; br900 drums, 3 vocal.

I ain't tellin' you no lie
The hook brings you back
On that you can rely

A lot going on here. It has a frenetic feel to it, which really lends itself to the lyrics.

Nice.

Bloody Hell you get through some lyrics in this song.
Michael Stipe is a very hard act to follow, but you manage it & have time to put your very own spin on it too.

Playing/Production all top notch.

Really Good  8)
