No, I didn't watch but here are My thoughts on the Grammy winners.

I was having a discussion with my family the other day about this kind of thing (we know someone that organizes the Brits), and also the "honours" system in the UK. My conclusion was that I would have turned down any honours or awards like Grammys or Brits. They are self-serving and as a punk/new wave type, totally contrary to everything I believed music should be about. Perhaps I would have changed as I got older and my record company convinced me of the marketing value of these things..... 

I play my small part now by completely ignoring them. But nice blog Sandy, got nothing against that!

That Paul McCartney bit at the end was amazing for me.  I loved that part.  The rumors of him being dead are greatly exaggerated it would seem.  The cat can still sing.  He redeemed the show with that bit.
