James, I just thought I'd give this a little boost. I was listening to it today and just love it!

BUMP!

James, I love this song, the one with you singing previously written lyrics over my music. I must admit next to Pain in the Neck it's my favorite song we did together. I play it for friends all the time and everyone seems to love. It totally reminds me of Lou Reeds solo stuff. Anyways I just want to bump it up so you and a few others could hear it again, or for the first time.

be well...

Nice bump Erik, I still agree with the earlier comments I posted. This is a great collab and has a great feel to it (although I still think Pain In The Neck is my fave). I'd advise any of the newer folks here to check out more of Erik's work - play some more of his songs!

Cheers,

Cool sounding song guys!!! - luv the layered guitars, riffs, and the magic that ORH always adds amazingly to already good sounding instrumentals - makes for a magic collaborative effort!!!

Thanks allot Nigel!!! You are a good friend. Likewise, I advise all the new people to check out Nigel songs. I really dig your older stuff from the eighties and of course your newer stuff.

Sooooo mellow.  Great start for your new instrument. I'll certainly be keeping this track.  I also love the Velvet Underground - their sound is a kind of musical style in itself.  I've had a listen to the group American Anlog Set you advised.  Thanks for recommending them.

I love the cyclical Reed-ish guitar patterns - great melody - and isn't bass the funnest to play?  And of course, Mr. Class on vocals. ;D

Nice Sound, I've got it into my head that it sounds a bit like Beirut but I may have got the name wrong. Whatever I enjoyed it a lot.  Willie
