This has taken a while, triggered by my dodgy attempt back in december, collab with Frank playing bass and drums, and just wonderful playing IMHO
I have tried to re-work with guitars and vocals to get a better mix and feel

Wicked version there mate,no tilting here -(remember.....bumping the pinball machine with your hip ?).Never mind.    
    Great mix of jangly clean and dirty power cords for rythum guitar and youre right about the drumming ,crazy but awesome.

Spose youre off to the music shop now after smashing your axe up at the end.

thanks, moonie had 2 bass drums and a huge kit. i have a reasonable size kit and one bass drum. so im doing my best to fill in the void of that. not my best work on this song but doable. fun to do the bass riff for, never did this song in any bands i was in. now we gotta get andy to whip out a version of - "overture"

You got me from that first jangly chord, and pinned me down when the bass and lead guitar kicked in - very faithful to the original, and you even share some of Pete's vocal characteristics. Lots of kooky Moonie feel on the kit, too.
