Just been doing live recordings with the band. Trying to learn new covers.

We tried this one Saturday. Music doesn't come in till 63 secs.

Why don't we do it on the road?

SteveG

Sounds like you guys are having a lot of fun. You are recording these with the MBR?

holdempok

Yes we are recording these on the BR. Input using the built in Mic. Effects off. Sensitivity set -12 input level @ 85. Not as clean as we want like individual tracking but it's something. We hace the Br set about 3 feet from the speakers. We all just plug into to the PA. The Pa doesn't have much to control EQ or levels. Only Reverb, Low and High. Its a Peavy M-5.

We do have a beirenger 16 track board we can run the instruments through but none of us are studio engeniers. lol.

Any advice on better sounding live recording would be appreciated.

This is nice gutsy rock. Sod the recording technicalities, this is quality stuff my man...

Kody

Sounds great- especially for the fact that your using a teeny tiny mic. You guys sound like you would be a fun band to go see-definately!

Tim is right, it's brilliant!

I need to play in a band again. You can't beat the feeling of nailing something.

Good stuff guys.
We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different
