crazy love: van morrison cover by alfstone and oldrottenhead

a while back when the variety festival was anounced, alfredo asked me if there was any van morrison songs i fancied doing. i love van's 1st two albums and crazy love from moondance is a particular favourite of mine. maybe biting off more than i can chew   . well yesterday alfredo sent me a first take of this, it was great but we had a rethink and did another version, i think it was worth it. expect a remix soon, well once i send my numerous takes to alfredo for a much improved mix. hope you enjoy this rough mix half as much as i enjoyed singing it, alfredo let me take the leash of my inner puppy  .

Great job, guys!  I'm a big Van Morrison fan too and I love this cover.  Well done.

But Van Morrison isn't one of the six artists in the current Variety Fest.  Maybe a future Variety Fest but not this one. Sorry.

you cant go wrong checking out astral weeks and moondance. but he has a ton of great stuff. astral weeks is always in those top 100 albums of all time lists but i think moondance is his best work.

This sounds really good. I haven`t heard this song in ages but it`s hard to listen to everything.
Van Morrison had a lot of good tunes.
