I'm supposed to be listening to songs that I have to cover, yet I can't keep this from looping. When you tour the states, I'd totally do you.

I've just had my supper.......and so this is my dessert.........yeah, thats the goods...........I can eat this one up........big man bites.........that bass, so precise, so percussive in its attack....and that Velvet Underground freak out bridge, that gets me good.......it is all so very delicious..........

Very cool Henny, another superb track, loving the complexities here. The breakdown at 1:50 is brilliant, love the way the bass builds back up at the end of it.

Now what are you doing with the bass in the verse? There appear to be two sounds going on there - have you got an octaver or something on it? Or a doubled track with an effect on one? Very effective whatever it is.

Great stuff and some wonderful lyrics as well. Just fab.

Cheers,

Nigel

Simply D/T'd an octave higher and no effects.

This little horror started life with way more shit on it, guitar wise, lots of different stuff going on, and it just wasn't working. So I almost started again and did a stereo bounce of just the bass and vocal and the verse stab guitar. Much better. Less is more and all that. Then I got out that fucking ukulele for the chorus. And stopped.

Cool stuff. Right decision in stripping it down - the little guitar stabs are really effective, and the uke is great.
