Maybe they're cleaning out there old inventory for the new generation of Multitrackers.  Unfortanely, for me I paid $695 for my BR900 a few years ago. Now I could get one for $550?!

..what can you do? Wait until the technology settles? There's a rare chance to buy at the right time - just after NAMM when the arrival of new products should mean that the price of some current/exiting/old products have to be reduced so they can compete with the new gear. Unfortunately UK Sterling is weak so the cost of imported goods is actually going up.
