The prosess of making this made me realize how much I've missed my MBR :) The portability of the Micros are unbeatable and allows for a songwriting workflow that suits my messy mind ;D

I'll post my first impressions of the BR-80 soon, but for now I'll just say : IT'S LOUD !!!!!

the year the money-people
won't sing out of key

Here's a song for a fabulous new year
a year when all the soldiers work will disappear

Excellent! Guitars sound fantastic. Are the drums from the BR-80's drum machine? They sound really good, especially the cymbals. If that's the drum machine, I'm impressed by how much Roland has improved the sound of it with the BR-80.

A Geir monkey-tastic classic. Is it the year of the monkey? Sure is now I guess.

Love the guitars and vox. High energy, high fun and can only hope the lyrics come true. The BR-80 is sounding pretty sharp, this is a really nice recording. More details soon please!

Cheers,

Nigel
