I didn't even know who War was until Eric Burden played at a local theatre a few months ago and they played this on the radio to hype the concert.

I've heard this tune a million times, and I always thought it was Santana.

I'm not sure if the same effects were used on the original recording but it sounded nice so I gave it a shot.
