Where the hell was I in 2011?

I like the themes in the song. I say themes, there are two definite motifs for me, both of which work wonderfully. I really like the title line and chorus as a whole with its uplifting message. And I also like the verse lyric which seems to speak directly to me (us.)  Friendship and missing people and don't worry about it, we'll be all right. Can't go wrong with that type of song when it sounds this good. The whole track does sound good, too.
