ORH took a taxi and a train, and a train and a train, and a car and a short walk and ended up at my door.

Stood infront of my Rode NT1-A and sang like a wee birdy....

We've posted this before but this is a remix with new vocals, the vox is nice here. Have a wee listen.

We try to cross the Boulevard
The sunlight in our eyes,
The traffic never seems to end
That's the story of our lives.

We head out in to town
Willing the red lights to green
Round the Canniesburn Toll
And on to Anniesland.
Back onto the Boulevard
The sun still in our eyes,
The snow's still falling
The sun low in the sky

We skirt around Finnieston
And hit the ground running
Dive across Dumbarton Road
As the traffic heaves a sigh
There's a band on at Dr Thirsty's
There's a party at the Clyde
i'm sure I know who's on the door
We hit the ground running

we try to cross the Boulevard
The sunlight in our eyes
The traffic never seems to end
That's the story of our lives.

A smoky nightclub Torch Song. Great feel and production. Lyrics would be nice to see. But well done anyway.  8)

Oh, how the ordinary and everyday (or night), provide the kernel of inspiration.
A double well done for matching mood/lyrics & music.  8)

that wee mic and your wee conservatory really brings out the best in Jim's wee vocals.  Fantastic results here gents. And how I love that bass line.  This is right out of Peter Gabriel's wee imaginary songbook.

That's a little pearl of a song – and it goes well with the story of ORH's trip to your nt1.
