As I get older, I find myself more drawn to stripped-down songs, where the vocal performance is the focus. And this is one of those. Well done, FM.

I'm stunned - hardly can gather my thoughts here....This is a brilliant cover of a brilliant song.  I remember listening to Geir's original and thinking wow...and just went back to listen again (I hadn't commented on it then but will shortly).  This cover is more like an experience than just a song...it creates a beautify aura and a mood. The vocals cause small hairs to raise on the back of my neck.  Hard to believe it was the first time using new recording software any playing keys -- because both are just perfect!  I think what's amazing about this cover is that it is so soft and the music is parsimonious and there is so much open space in there...just the essential sounds...every note counting. The simple backing vocals are a work of beauty.
