Brilliant Geir..................I think you sound a bit like Neil Diamond on this track.

It really is good.

I too have been making some shakers, one from rice and another from black-peas, after testing them I dont recommend black-eyed peas.......................

This is the closest I've heard to alt country here.  What a treat!  I'm real tempted to try a touch of lap steel.... 

Geir, your vox is wonderful on this song.  I can hear the references to Neil and Bob, but your voice has authenticity [Neil's just a bit too polished for me, sorry folks] and wonderful resonance [not Dylan, probably no argument there.  You're phrasing, lyrics, and feel remind me of Tom Waits, but your melody and vox are sweeter, not quite so stark.  An excellent original song.  I'll be listening to more!  Geo
