both of them sound excellent to me, I just finished reading "three dog nightmare"
about Chuck Negron's life story. I read it twice it was so good. He covered it on one of their albums.

I was digging through some old stuff over on alonetone and I believe this is Hooks first collaboration on songcrafters I'm on piano and vocal and Hooks doing the rest it's still a belter

I managed to miss this beauty back in the day.  Brill stuff.  Initially I thought mix 1 - but maybe I was fooled by the level being a bit hotter.  Now I edging towards version 2.
