Here's a cover of The Bus Boys' song The Boys Are Back (Think Beverly Hills Cop not Thin Lizzy - I have that one also that I'll post). This is by The JMZ Band, a 4 piece group (2 guitars, bass, and drums) that I gigged with for years. On one rehearsal night I set up a Zoom H2 recorder on the shelf and let it run. Since the H2 is not a multi tracker and I didn't spend any time finding the room sweet spot to place it, you're hearing what was captured in the 14x14 rehearsal room. We all shared the lead vocal spot depending on whose voice fit best and the other guitarist and myself split the solo duties. On this song I'm doing the lead vocal and lead guitar. A fond memory!

Thanks for the good comments!

Davidsen - I see you've already found my Thin Lizzy version - thanks for commenting on it!

Groundy - This Bus Boy's song (The Boys Are Back) is a completely different song than that of Thin Lizzy's.  It's more of a Chuck Berry R&R.

Speed Demon - Yeah it was one of the songs on the soundtrack for the movie  Beverly Hills Cop.

FenderBender - Rehearsals were mostly fun until band politics would get in the way. I cut out all the banter before the song starts...it was funny stuff but......probably just to us, lol

Thanks all!
