New Years Eve is fast approaching and I'd love to get some vocals on my recording of Auld Lang Syne which I made last year. It would be great if several people would record their vocals and send them to me via SkyDrive or some other file hosting site so that I can mix them all together in a sort of pub sing-along.

My recording and a link to the lyrics can be found in the original post at the top of this thread.

Anybody interested?

Yes, I'm definitely up for this as well. I think if somebody sang the root vox (Not me - I would rather have my cackles hidden in the mix), and then 64 dictate the rest of the action it could turn out very well.

One more holiday bang before Easter(Or equivalent), so let's live it up!!!

Thanks for all the interest. The way I'd like to do it is to have each person sing the whole song all the way through then send me just their vocal track. For each verse, I plan to feature one vocalist and lower the level a bit on all the others so that they're in the background. Then, for the choruses, I'll mix everyone at the same level for a fuller sound.

There are five verses. I've got one vocal already from RonnieJM, so I need at least four more.

Pick any version of the lyrics you like. I'm hoping that they'll all blend together nicely, even if the words sung by each person are a bit different.
