Did this as a warm up to the original song I posted a few mins ago. For those not familiar with dodgy 70's songwriters, this is a Chris de Burgh (partial) cover, who wrote some great songs before 'Lady in Red'!
May have overdone the reverb, can't record in the toilet!

Hi guys, thanks for the comments, I meant no disrespect to CdB, he has written some outstanding songs (Revolution springs to mind...one day when I am feeling really, really brave!)
No amp, DI Tanglewood TW45 (?) into Pod Line 6, and old Rode NT1 Mic.
I use my AKAI DPS16 to mix into the PC to Sonar...that's it.
It has taken a few goes to get a decent live mix - not used to playing/recording this way for a very, very long time

Nice recording Andy , but i love the vox , you sound a little like Vangellis , i hate CDB , and i don't know this song , but you sang and played it superbly , again great voice
