No more able to listen music here: alonetone or my problem? Help please!

Hi all,
since some days i have problems with alonetone player,
i'm no more able to listen to music here
(i guess that's the punishment for being far so long..)

Anyone can help me ?

I tried with:
- firefox
- crome
- Ie
and i have always the same: pushing "play" the icon turns to "pause" but no song starts,
and time counter remains on '0:00'..

I have the last flash player upgrade (but probably other upgrades caused the problem..)
And i can hear music posted as youtube link and others, seems to be only alonetone  the problem!

i know this is no help but i'm running on a Mac with the latest Firefox and can get the music here and over on  alonetone ok! I've heard of this problem with Safari but not with Firefox...........

Try refreshing the page and click play again, sometimes I have to do this!

Thank you all,
but I fear this could be a problem with no solution...many people in my company is no more able to reach
alonetone & other stuff for listening musing, so they probably blocked it
