Hi All,

I've not had a chance to get on the site for quite some time...... mainly because i haven't had a chance to record anything for ages. I thought i'd post these links for those that have been interested in the progression of the girls over the last couple of years.

This first vid is of our 8 year old Maddie doing her first ever solo live performance of "The Weight". She did a great job and put to shame some older performers.

This one is of Kayla (10... nearly 11 now). Back in June she was invited up on stage with a blues and roots band called "Marshall and the Fro" (google them... they are brilliant!!!). None of the family, including Kayla, had ever heard them play or heard any of their music before and it was just a friend who also knew Marshall that convinced him to get her up on stage. He'd never seen her play before either but just trusted our friends word. They are pretty hard rocking and we thought Kayla would be out of her depth but she did pretty well. The vid doesn't do it justice as you can barely hear the bass but i'm sure you'll get the idea.

And this one is the two girls (with me) at an open mic night at the Club that i run now in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW.

As per usual, apologies to those that don't think these kind of links belong on this site...... i think some of the long term members will be interested though.

Cheers

Just a roadie again.....

Speed Demon

These young ladies are going to do very well in the music world.
They have a good instructor.

When I was their age (hard to remember back that far) I didn't own an instrument. Just singing along with
songs on the radio.

Great to hear from you and your girls Bag.  I really enjoyed watching these.  Fantastic promise with those two.  Serious talent.
