Well here is a quick and dirty thing I threw together.  It's not mixed very well and its a little busy.  Little to no EQ as I'm still getting used to the new Krk Rokit 6 monitors I just picked up.  I'm used to using a console and I like Knobs, so going through the menu is taking a little getting used to.  I still have not messed with programing drums so it's a monotonous droning beat  :-[  I initially thought that I would be micing my drum kit...but the BR800 is probably a better drummer than me  :) so I need to sit down and start learning to program drums.  In a few weeks I feel I should be able to put out a proper recording...fingers crossed.  Any tips and suggestions are always welcome.

Geir

you sure seems to handle both the 800 and your axes quite well :)

This sounds great on my monitor, maybe get the vocals a tad up in the mix, but then I always say that ;D

Nice job, great guitar playing, strong vocals but Geir's right bring them up!

If the 800 is anything like the 900 you'll get the hang of the drum patterns quickly. I sat with a photocopy of the Preset Pattern List page from the manual and after a few tunes I started needing more than 50 steps. Hopefully the 800 has some better fills.
Sounds Great, make more!
Rock on!

Greeny

Very accomplished stuff, and a superb cover. A great morning coffee listen as I contemplate another working day. Nice one.
