got my mbr today, been trying to suss it out all day. anyway came up with this, didnt manage to play around with the editing side of things (cos i dont know how, yet!)

Nice one. You're up and running, and nobody's laughing. This is a fine first job, and you'll learn all the finer mixing and editing parts as you go. It doesn't take long for it to all slot into place  :)

Sounds like you were having a good time. If you get to mixing this, first off, IMO, cut back on the drum track volume. Hit the rhythm button, then the Cursor > to find it.

No laughing here, sounds a fine first attempt. As mentioned the drums are too loud, and you need to pan the parts away from each other, they are all down the middle, but that you will pick up fast enough. Maybe a little reverb on the mixdown too. Great start.

Check out the tutorial on this site for mixing and mastering. That will make a marked difference to an already cool track.
