Great song and great production!  I like way you chose the different kinds of guitar tones to differentiate between them.  I actually didn't notice that this was an ORH collab before I started listening but of course recognized that voice instantly. Nice work on the drum programming too.

This is a well produced piece and James is amazing both for his vox and his never ending creative stream of consciousness.
The simple act of separation of parts with panning and tonal variation is key here but the levels and choices you made are right on.

I'll be truthful with you, I am a basic newby, I've recorded one song so far on my BR-600 and am learning. I have listened to excerpts of most of the songs on this "Post Your Work" page and am impressed with a lot of the efforts. But seriously, this song is the only one I have listened through to the end, twice. You have done a masterful job of composition, orchestration and execution in this recording. I could envision hearing this piece on an easy-listening radio station easily. It sounds great, it brings "warm-fuzzies" just listening to it, and the message is wonderful. I'm no critic, just another home recorder looking to try and come close to the quality of this song. Congratulations on a job well done!!!

I have been seriously out of the loop for a while,  not much time on here.......and I totally missed this wonderful and most exciting development that goes by the name HD.  I just realized that I missed the music posted by the combinations of various artists and and glad to have woken up for a short while to have discovered this one.  Rock on gents, ORH and David-sen.  Lovely to have you guys making music together.
