This is actually my 5th post. I got some needed help on a firmware update for my BR800 (thanks Geir!)

I'm primarily a longtime guitar player and I've been doing some home recording since the late 80's...started out on a Tascam tape machine, then on to a Roland VS840 and a Fostex MR8...back in it after laying off for a few years and picked up a Boss BR800.

I've gathered some extremely useful info in my short time here!
