Man who ejaculated into a co-worker's water bottle must pay $27,000

An Orange County Superior Court Judge ruled that Michael Kevin Lallana has to pay his co-worker $27,000 as he ejaculated into her water bottle on two occasions.

The 32 year old man must pay restitution for therapy and loss of wages. In April he was sentenced to six months behind bars and three years of probation.

His co-worker drank from the bottle both times. After the second time she had the water tested in a lab.
The DNA tests confirmed the semen belonged to Lallana.


IMO she became a bit suspicious when the water in the bottle started to taste familiar.
